Durante las operaciones de intervención de pozos, pueden ocurrir varios problemas operacionales relacionados a la utilización de fluidos de control, reduciendo consecuentemente la producción de crudo y a su vez incrementando el número intervenciones para resolver estos problemas. Por ello, se derivó la importancia de seleccionar un fluido de control óptimo mediante procesos que involucraron el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales. Para esto, mediante la guía PAS 99, la cual considera los requisitos comunes de las normas, se desarrolló un Sistema Integrado de Gestión que aplicó las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 para el proceso de selección de fluidos de control en la empresa “Servicios Petroleros”. El concepto de Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG) es una alternativa para vincular nuevos sistemas con los ya existentes mitigando los problemas de aislamiento, desconexión y bajo desempeño entre sistemas. Con la aplicación del SIG, se definió el proceso para seleccionar un fluido de control alineado a los requerimientos de las normas ISO y OHSAS que permitieron aumentar la calidad de los servicios, confiabilidad de parámetros de diseño, satisfacción del cliente, mejora de los procesos, reducción de tiempos y costos de operación y finalmente la obtención de la certificación de la organización.
During the operations of well intervention, several operational problems can occur related to the use of control fluids, causing direct consequences in the production of the well and in also increasing the number interventions to solve these problems. From this point of view, the importance of selecting an optimal control fluid was derived through processes that involved the compliance of the corresponding standards, so, through the PAS 99 guide, an Integrated Management System was developed that applied the international standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 for the process of selection of control fluids in the company "Petroleum Services". The concept of Integrated Management System (SIG) is as an alternative to link new systems with existing ones, mitigating the problems of isolation, disconnection and low performance between systems. With the application of this SIG, the process was defined to select a control fluid aligned to the requirements of the ISO and OHSAS standards that allowed to increase the quality of the products and services, the reliability of the design parameters, the satisfaction of the client to satisfy the requirements, improve the management of the processes, reduce times and costs of operation and finally obtain the certification of the organization.
