Description: El objetivo general de este estudio de mercado, es analizar el desarrollo del sistema de gestión de calidad en las diferentes empresas turísticas de la ciudad de Ambato. Así mismo, se busca la implementación del modelo de auditoria “Q”, y la continuidad de la misma en las 24 empresas registradas y certificadas con esta insignia.
The general objective of this market study is to analyze the development of the quality management system in the different tourist companies of the city of Ambato. Likewise, the implementation of the "Q" audit model will be sought, and its continuity will be sought in the 24 companies registered and certified with this badge.
