Con la presente investigaci?n se aborda la atenci?n de las necesidades educativas espec?ficas derivadas del rezago educativo severo de los estudiantes de bachillerato en personas privadas de libertad, pertenecientes al Centro de Privaci?n de Libertad de Turi de la ciudad de Cuenca-Ecuador. El estudio cualitativo tuvo como principal objetivo la elaboraci?n de una propuesta pedag?gica que responda a las necesidades educativas espec?ficas de los estudiantes de bachillerato del centro referido, que atienda el rezago educativo severo y mitigue la deserci?n escolar. El trabajo de car?cter exploratorio, busc? entender la transformaci?n de las pr?cticas educativas en los privados de libertad para fortalecer la atenci?n a las necesidades educativas derivadas del rezago escolar que presentan. Para la recolecci?n de la informaci?n, se entrevist? a 10 docentes que tuvieron directa relaci?n con la formaci?n educativa de este grupo de personas. Los resultados demostraron que el rezago escolar afecta la reinserci?n en el proceso educativo de dichas personas, por lo que requieren de metodolog?as adecuadas para su formaci?n educativa, alternativas que se hacen constar en la propuesta pedag?gica planteada, donde se prioriza el uso de metodolog?as interactivas y el seguimiento del proceso educativo de estas personas. Cabe anotar que la propuesta planteada, pas? por un proceso de validaci?n por expertos, lo que garantiza su confiabilidad.
With the present investigation, the attention of the specific educational needs derived from the severe educational backwardness of high school students in persons deprived of liberty, belonging to the Turi Center for the Deprivation of Liberty of the city of Cuenca-Ecuador, is addressed. The main objective of the qualitative study was the elaboration of a pedagogical proposal that responds to the specific educational needs of the high school students of the referred center, that addresses the severe educational lag and mitigates school desertion. The exploratory work sought to understand the transformation of educational practices in those deprived of liberty to strengthen attention to the educational needs derived from the school backwardness they present. For the collection of information, 10 teachers who were directly related to the educational training of this group of people were interviewed. The results showed that school backwardness affects the reinsertion in the educational process of these people, for which they require adequate methodologies for their educational training, alternatives that are stated in the proposed pedagogical proposal, where the use of interactive methodologies is prioritized and the monitoring of the educational process of these people. It should be noted that the proposed proposal went through a validation process by experts, which guarantees its reliability.
