El uso de recursos tecnológicos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje constituye actualmente un elemento imprescindible en la educación. Teniendo en cuenta las características de las nuevas generaciones, nativas en el uso de las tecnologías, y las facilidades que brindan las plataformas y softwares para el aprendizaje, no es posible concebir una enseñanza eficaz sin el uso de estos recursos. He aquí que el objetivo de la presente investigación sea elaborar una estrategia didáctica, que permita mejorar el aprendizaje de la lectoescritura en el área de Lengua y Literatura en estudiantes de segundo grado de Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo, se diseñó una investigación participativa desde el enfoque histórico-cultural y el paradigma socio-constructivista, en la que se realizaron estudios de campo. Se usó una muestra de cuatro estudiantes de segundo grado, a los que se les aplicaron técnicas como la entrevista, la encuesta y la prueba diagnóstico. Estas técnicas fueron empleadas antes y después de la aplicación de la estrategia didáctica, obteniendo como resultados una mejora ostensible en las habilidades referentes a la lectoescritura, y evidenciando el papel que juega el uso de recursos tecnológicos como Liveworksheet y Kahoot en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, en particular en el desarrollo de las habilidades de lectoescritura
The use of technological resources in the teaching and learning process is currently an essential element in education. Taking into account the characteristics of the new generations, native in the use of technologies, and the facilities provided by platforms and software for learning, it is not possible to conceive an effective teaching without the use of these resources. The objective of this research is to elaborate a didactic strategy to improve the learning of reading and writing in the area of Language and Literature in second grade students of Basic Education of the Juan Montalvo Educational Unit. In order to fulfill this objective, participative research was designed from the historical-cultural approach and the socio-constructivist paradigm, in which field studies were carried out. A sample of four second grade students was used, to whom techniques such as interview, survey and diagnostic test were applied. These techniques were used before and after the application of the didactic strategy, obtaining as results an ostensible improvement in the skills related to reading and writing, and evidencing the role played by the use of technological resources such as Liveworksheet and Kahoot in the teaching-learning process, particularly in the development of reading and writing skills.
