La pareja pedag?gica practicante: modalidad de formaci?n docente en la Universidad Nacional de Educaci?n

Este trabajo propone las funciones de la pareja pedag?gica practicante para cada unidad de formaci?n en la Universidad Nacional de Educaci?n (UNAE), considerando los componentes curriculares y pedag?gicos del Modelo de Pr?ctica Preprofesional (2017) de la universidad que constituye junto al Modelo Pedag?gico de la UNAE (2017) como antecedentes de la investigaci?n. Para el estudio se revisaron te?ricamente las categor?as: pareja pedag?gica, formaci?n docente, pr?ctica preprofesional, entre otros. Se asumi? el concepto de pareja pedag?gica practicante a partir del estudio de diferentes opiniones de autores consultados y en base a la experiencia en la pr?ctica preprofesional. Se entiende como pareja pedag?gica practicante a dos o m?s estudiantes que realizan un trabajo de manera cooperativa, reflexiva, formativo, de acompa?amiento y responsabilidad com?n antes, durante y despu?s de la pr?ctica preprofesional. Se utilizaron m?todos de investigaci?n como la observaci?n, an?lisis documental, entrevistas y encuestas; e instrumentos como el diario de campo, gu?as de observaci?n. La observaci?n, en su modalidad de observaci?n participante, permiti? registrar informaci?n en los diarios de campo, ?til para el diagn?stico de este trabajo, en el que participaron estudiantes, docentes y directivos tanto de la UNAE como las instituciones donde se realiza la pr?ctica preprofesional. A partir del diagn?stico, se lleg? al problema de investigaci?n: ?cu?les ser?n las funciones de las parejas pedag?gicas practicantes en cada una de las unidades de formaci?n para la carrera Educaci?n B?sica? Como resultado se proponen las funciones de la pareja pedag?gica practicante: comunicativa, organizativa, ejecutiva, investigativa y evaluativa.
This paper proposes functions of the practicing pedagogical partner for each training unit at National University of Education (UNAE), considering the curricular and pedagogical components of Pre-Professional Practice Model (2017) of the university, together with the Pedagogical Model of UNAE (2017), linked to early research. For the study, the categories: pedagogical partner, teacher training, pre-professional practice, among others, were theoretically revised. The concept of a practicing pedagogical partner was assumed based on the study of different authors? opinions and on experience in pre-professional practice. It is understood as a practicing pedagogical partner two or more students who perform a work cooperatively and reflectively, by training, following and sharing common responsibility before, during and after pre-professional practice. Research methods such as observation, documentary analysis, interviews and surveys were used as well as instruments such as field diary, observation guides, interview guides and questionnaires. The observation, in its modality of participant observation, allowed to register information in the field diaries, useful for the diagnosis of this work, in which students, teachers and managers of both UNAE and the institutions where the pre-professional practice takes place participated. From the diagnosis, the research problem was reached: what will be the functions of the practicing pedagogical couples in each of the training units for Basic Education major? As a result, the functions of practicing pedagogical partner are proposed: communicative, organizational, executive, investigative and evaluative ones.
