Sistema de actividades para compensar la disartria en un joven con par?lisis cerebral y discapacidad intelectual leve

La presente investigaci?n est? centrada en un estudio de caso ?nico, en donde el sujeto de indagaci?n es un estudiante con una disartria, consecuencia de una par?lisis cerebral que est? asociada a una discapacidad intelectual. La disartria se concibe como un trastorno del habla, en donde se afecta la movilidad muscular por una debilidad, espasticidad, lentitud y ataxias, que provocan una alteraci?n en la articulaci?n, sin embargo el sujeto de estudio presenta tambi?n dificultades a nivel sem?ntico, morfol?gico y pragm?tico, por motivo de la discapacidad intelectual. Para dar soluci?n a este problema, se ha planteado el dise?o de un sistema de actividades, que es un conjunto acciones relacionadas que tienen un objetivo en com?n. Dicho sistema est?, enfocado a compensar este trastorno, mediante actividades para la movilidad de los m?sculos fono-articulatorios, el ritmo y fluidez, al aumento del l?xico, a mejorar las reglas gramaticales y a extender su nivel pragm?tico. Se ha aplicado durante 15 sesiones, en donde se ha evidenciado mejoras a nivel fon?tico, sem?ntico y morfol?gico, por ende se pude decir, que la intervenci?n logop?dica tiene resultados positivos en personas con disartria. Para llegar a la soluci?n de la problem?tica se ha realizado varios procesos durante la investigaci?n, revisi?n bibliogr?fica, entrevista al docente y estudiante, revisi?n documental, observaci?n participante para la recolecci?n de informaci?n, y una triangulaci?n de datos para llegar a narrar el caso detalladamente, enfoc?ndose principalmente en las caracter?sticas del lenguaje del estudiante.
This research is focused on a single case study, where the subject of inquiry is a student with dysarthria, a consequence of cerebral palsy that is associated with an intellectual disability. Dysarthria is conceived as a speech disorder, where muscle mobility is affected by weakness, spasticity, slowness and ataxias, which cause an alteration in the joint, however the study subject also presents difficulties at the semantic, morphological and pragmatic, because of intellectual disability. To solve this problem, the design of an activity system has been proposed, which is a set of related actions that have a common objective. Said system is focused on compensating said disorder, through activities for the mobility of the phono-articulatory muscles, rhythm and fluency, increasing the lexicon, improving grammatical rules and extending its pragmatic level. It was applied during 15 sessions, where improvements at a phonetic, semantic and morphological level have been evidenced, therefore it can be said that speech therapy intervention has positive results in people with dysarthria. To reach the solution of the problem, several processes have been carried out during the research, bibliographic review, interview with the teacher and student, documentary review, participant observation for the collection of information, and a triangulation of data to get to narrate the case in detail, focusing primarily on the language characteristics of the student.
