La presente investigaci?n tiene como objetivo determinar la coherencia entre la Planificaci?n Curricular Anual y la Planificaci?n por Experiencia de Aprendizaje del grupo de 3 a 4 a?os de la Escuela de Educaci?n B?sica ?San Francisco de Peleus? de Azogues?, a trav?s de un an?lisis documental, para posteriormente brindar una propuesta que aporte al desempe?o pedag?gico institucional. La investigaci?n es de tipo cualitativa, cuyo principal m?todo es la investigaci?n acci?n participativa, mediante la cual se pudo indagar y ser part?cipes de la din?mica interna del aula y el proceso educativo de nivel; las t?cnicas utilizadas durante el estudio fueron la observaci?n participante y el an?lisis documental. La investigaci?n se realiz? en dos periodos, durante nueve semanas cada uno, al final del a?o lectivo 2018-2019 y a inicios del 2019-2020, con el grupo de inicial de 3 a 4 a?os. El diagn?stico demostr? que no existe una concordancia entre la Planificaci?n Curricular Anual (PCA) y la Planificaci?n por Experiencia de Aprendizaje (PEA), en cuanto a contenidos curriculares y actividades, afectando a los aprendizajes del grupo; es por ello que se propone un plan de capacitaci?n docente para el nivel Inicial de la Escuela de Educaci?n B?sica ?San Francisco de Peleus? de Azogues?.
This research aims to determine the coherence between the Annual Curriculum Planning and the Planning for Learning Experience of the 3 to 4-year-old group of the School of Basic Education "San Francisco de Peleus? de Azogues", through a documentary analysis, to subsequently provide a proposal that contributes to institutional pedagogical performance. The research is of a qualitative type, whose main method is participatory action research, through which it was possible to investigate and participate in the internal dynamics of the classroom and the educational process of level; the techniques used during the study were participant observation and documentary analysis. The research was conducted in two periods, for nine weeks each, at the end of the 2018-2019 school year and at the beginning of 2019-2020, with the initial group of 3 to 4 years. The diagnosis showed that there is no agreement between the Annual Curriculum Planning (PCA) and the Learning Experience Planning (PEA), in terms of curricular content and activities, affecting the group's learning; That is why a teacher training plan for the Initial level of the School of Basic Education "San Francisco de Peleus? de Azogues" is proposed.
