Asesor?a al directivo de la Unidad Educativa ?Vicente Anda Aguirre? en el desarrollo de Comunidades de Aprendizaje durante el a?o lectivo 2019-2020.

El presente proyecto, desarrollado en la Unidad Educativa ?Vicente Anda Aguirre? del cant?n D?leg, provincia del Ca?ar, se concibe desde la perspectiva del asesoramiento a la Gesti?n Directiva para desarrollar comunidades de aprendizaje que permitan una mejora de la convivencia escolar, mediante el an?lisis de la realidad institucional y la propuesta del respectivo plan de mejora. Se procede desde la visi?n de la asesor?a educativa mediante la revisi?n de documentos legales y curriculares que la determinan y por medio de la investigaci?n acci?n participativa con directivos y docentes de la instituci?n. Bas?ndonos en los resultados del examen de auditor?a se procede con una investigaci?n que se apoya en entrevistas a docentes y directivos, adem?s de encuestas y revisi?n de documentos institucionales que permiten tener una idea concreta de la realidad de estudio.A partir de la auditor?a realizada en abril del 2016 se evidencia que existe un insuficiente desarrollo de habilidades sociales y falta de asesor?a en gesti?n educativa al directivo y docentes. Por esta raz?n se precisa reforzar el trabajo colaborativo entre los miembros del plantel. Esta falencia estar?a impidiendo el logro de objetivos y metas institucionales tanto en el accionar de la direcci?n como en lo acad?mico ? curricular. Ante esta situaci?n se plantea como propuesta la asesor?a al directivo en la elaboraci?n de un plan de capacitaci?n a sus docentes en aspectos inherentes a comunidades de aprendizaje y convivencia escolar. Con la elaboraci?n de este plan se estar?a dando respuesta a una determinante necesidad institucional.
This project, developed in the Educational Unit "Vicente Anda Aguirre" of the D?leg canton, Ca?ar province, is conceived from the perspective of advising the Directive Management to develop learning communities that allow an improvement of school coexistence, through analysis of the institutional reality and the proposal of the respective improvement plan. It proceeds from the vision of educational advice through the review of legal and curricular documents that determine it and through participatory action research with directors and teachers of the institution. Based on the results of the audit examination, an investigation is carried out that is supported by interviews with teachers and managers, as well as surveys and a review of institutional documents that allow to have a concrete idea of the reality of the study. From the audit carried out in April 2016, it is evident that there is insufficient development of social skills and a lack of advice on educational management for managers and teachers. For this reason it is necessary to reinforce the collaborative work between the members of the campus. This shortcoming would be preventing the achievement of institutional objectives and goals both in the actions of the management and in the academic-curricular area. Faced with this situation, a proposal is proposed to advise the manager in the development of a training plan for their teachers in aspects inherent to learning communities and school coexistence.
