El presente Trabajo de Fin de M?ster (TFM) tiene como objetivo fortalecer la orientaci?n acad?mica y profesional de los alumnos del tercer a?o b?sico de la Unidad Educativa 23 de Junio. El trabajo realizado en este TFM inicia con la identificaci?n de la necesidad de orientaci?n que tienen los estudiantes al momento de tomar una correcta decisi?n y escoger su especializaci?n, luego presentamos la justificaci?n y los objetivos que van enfocados en motivar a los estudiantes mediante el uso de estrategias plasmadas en la unidad did?ctica para una correcta toma de decisiones. Es importante que los estudiantes reciban una adecuada orientaci?n vocacional durante toda su vida haciendo participes de esta tarea a la comunidad educativa, de forma que tengan metas claras y que se sientan seguros del rumbo que tome su vida gracias a las acertadas decisiones que tomen en determinadas etapas y momentos de su trayectoria personal y estudiantil.
The purpose of this Final Master's Project (TFM) is to strengthen the academic and professional orientation of the students of the third year of the Educational Unit 23 de Junio. The work done in this TFM begins with the identification of the need for guidance that students have when making a correct decision and choosing their specialization, then we present the justification and the objectives that are focused on motivating students through the use of strategies embodied in the didactic unit for a correct decision making. It is important that students receive an adequate vocational guidance throughout their lives making the educational community participate in this task, so that they have clear goals and that they feel sure of the direction their life takes thanks to the right decisions they make in certain stages and moments of his personal and student trajectory.
