En este TFM discutiremos c?mo el concepto de motivaci?n en la educaci?n afecta el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes y como mejorarla. La falta de motivaci?n en la educaci?n puede socavar el proceso de su aprendizaje estructural que se puede mejorar desde una edad temprana. ?Est?n los estudiantes motivados para acumular conocimiento, sin incentivos internos (psicol?gicos, emocionales) o externos (educaci?n social)? ?C?mo construir una combinaci?n de factores internos y motivaciones externas entre el profesor y el alumno para la funci?n de aprendizaje en el entorno acad?mico? Esto tomado en cuenta desde la promoci?n de la motivaci?n del estudiante a trav?s de talleres para tener un punto de vista desde algunas de las perspectivas y habilidades educativas cognitivas que realizan la motivaci?n de los estudiantes en el ambiente acad?mico para de esta forma lograr deconstruir los diferentes tipos de motivaci?n presentes en los estudiantes y fomentar la seguridad la cual dar? beneficios a sus estudios.
In this TFM we will discuss how the concept of motivation in education affects the learning process of students and how to improve it. The lack of motivation in education can undermine the process of its structural learning that can be improved from an early age. Are students motivated to accumulate knowledge, without internal (psychological, emotional) or external (social education) incentives? How to build a combination of internal factors and external motivations between the teacher and the student for the learning function in the academic environment? This is taken into account from the promotion of student motivation through workshops to have a point of view from some of the perspectives and cognitive educational skills that perform the motivation of students in the academic environment in order to deconstruct the different types of motivation present in students and promote safety which will benefit their studies.
