The present investigation includes determining the viability of the creation of a temporary nursery in the San Luis Shopping Mall, which is located in the Rumiñahui Canton, begins with the problems that have the representatives of infants at the time of visiting, when they have to perform personal, banking or commercial activities, where the company of a child becomes uncomfortable for the purpose of the tasks that must be fulfilled. An investigation of the environment is carried out through the PEST analysis, the five Porter Forces and the market study to identify the number of visitors to the shopping center that are 984,000 people per month, from which a monthly sum of 87,933 is obtained, provided by the administration of San Luis Shopping in most cases to make arrangements that are not to your liking. By means of the application of surveys to the potential clients the needs of the client are known and with the application of the interview the possibility of the creation of a nursery is determined that can offer a service of care and distraction for the infant, later a study is realized technical where it stipulates the necessary resources to offer a quality service, where the infrastructure of the premises and the programs to offer the infant while it is in the nursery is contemplated. The financial study is also developed to determine the economic and financial viability of the project obtaining attractive results for investors, reflecting in its financial indicators a NPV of $ 46,011.69, a value greater than zero, with the start-up of the business being viable. , IRR of 28%, a cost benefit of 1.3 that considers that for every dollar invested there is a profit of 30 cents and the investment is recovered in a term of 2 years, 7 months and 18 days.
La presente investigación comprende determinar la viabilidad de la creación de una guardería temporal en el Centro Comercial San Luis Shopping, que se encuentra ubicado en el Cantón Rumiñahui, se inicia con la problemática que tienen los representantes de infantes al momento de visitarlo, cuando tienen que realizar actividades personales, bancarias o comerciales, en donde la compañía de un niño se vuelve incomoda por el objetivo de las tareas que se deben cumplir. Se realiza una investigación del entorno mediante el análisis PEST, las cinco Fuerzas de Porter y el estudio de mercado para identificar la cantidad de visitantes al centro comercial que son 984.000 personas mensuales, de donde se obtiene una suma de infantes mensualmente de 87.933, proporcionados por la administración del San Luis Shopping en la mayoría de casos a realizar gestiones que no son de su agrado. Mediante la aplicación de encuestas a los potenciales clientes se conoce las necesidades del cliente y con la aplicación de la entrevista se determina la posibilidad de la creación de una guardería que pueda ofrecer un servicio de cuidado y distracción para el infante, posterior se realiza un estudio técnico donde se estipula los recursos necesarios para ofrecer un servicio de calidad, donde se contempla la infraestructura de los locales y los programas a ofrecer al infante mientras permanece en la guardería. Se desarrolla además el estudio financiero para determinar la viabilidad económica y financiera que del proyecto obteniendo resultados atractivos para los inversionistas, al reflejar en sus indicadores financieros un VAN de $ 46.011,69 dólares un valor mayor a cero siendo viable la puesta en marcha del negocio, TIR de 28%, un costo beneficio de 1,3 que considera que por cada dólar invertido se tiene una ganancias de 30 centavos y se recupera la inversión en un plazo de 2 años, 7 meses y 18 días.
