The North Falkland Basin is a frontier basin located to the SW of South America, in which over the last two years four hydrocarbon discoveries have been made: Sealion, Casper, Casper South and Beverley. These discoveries occur in lacustrine turbidite reservoirs deposited in an early post-rift basin.
