Description

Stress tolerante is a multigenetic process of high relevance on plant breeding programs directed to mimize food crop losses. A quantitative proteomic analysis was carried out with spring wheat ( code 122-1) lo determine the changes in the gene expression under salt exposure. Two dimension differential gel electrophoresis (2- D DIGE)allowed the visualization of 3551 spot proteins from wich 13 were found to be significanty differentially expressed.
