Background: Despite recommendations typically seen elsewhere, LTBI screening among health care workers (HCW) has not been implemented in Ecuador. We examined this decision, comparing it to 3 common LTBI screening strategies: Tuberculin-Skin Test (TST) screening, InterferonGamma Release assay (IGRA), and dual screening.
