El sector de la Feria Libre es uno de los más conflictivos de la ciudad visto desde un aspecto funcional y humano, haciendo que por un criterio social la atención a esta zona se vea limitada, existiendo descuido total, resultando un sitio inadecuado para la convivencia entre las familias que intervienen ahí, convirtiendo al sector en un lugar deteriorado y nada creativo, olvidando criterios básicos que necesita el ser humano para habitarlo.\nEs por esto que se propone un proyecto de regeneración urbana en donde se piensa en el bienestar y las necesidades de la comunidad, con un diseño innovador y a la misma vez propio de la zona.\nLa finalidad de esta propuesta de regeneración es que exista cambios a nivel de crecimiento urbano, porque esta zona de la “Feria Libre” sufre un proceso de abandono, asociada como un espacio degenerado y foco de inseguridad ciudadana, que debe ser urgentemente intervenida por la municipalidad, para regenerar la ciudad hacia un futuro comprometido con el cambio.
The sector of the Free Fair is one of the most controversial of the city viewed from a functional aspect and human, doing that for a social approach the attention to this area will be limited, it is not being taken care at all, proving to be a site unsuitable for coexistence between the families involved there, making the sector in a place deteriorated and nothing creative, forgetting basic criteria that a human being needs to live in this area.\nThis is why it is proposed an urban regeneration project in where we think of the welfare and the needs of the community, with an innovative design and at the same time proper for the area.\nThe goal of this proposal of regeneration is that it should be changes at the level of urban growth, because this area of the "Free Fair" is undergoing a process of abandonment, associated as a space degenerated and focus of public unsafe, which must be urgently intervened by the municipality, to regenerate the city towards a future committed to change.
