El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en una propuesta de parilla de programación efectiva para RTV CLICK del cantón Paute. Esta investigación propone el diseño de una parrilla de programación habitual para mejorar el contenido del canal de televisión RTV CLICK del cantón Paute. La parrilla programática en función de los intereses de audiencia azuaya se realiza a partir de un estudio de recepción previo que permite conocer las necesidades comunicativas de los televidentes. La investigación se enfoca desde una perspectiva cualitativa y para su desarrollo se recurrió a los métodos como la revisión bibliográfica y documentos, también se aplica la encuesta, entrevistas y grupos focales que fortalecieron el análisis. Los datos obtenidos permitieron identificar los intereses que la audiencia espera encontrar en la televisión al mismo tiempo fortalecer los géneros y contenidos televisivos que fortalecen la programación y se relacionan con las problemáticas que afectan a la sociedad, así como informar sobre la historia local, costumbres y tradiciones, cultura, idiosincracia, música, programas de recreación, adelantos tecnológicos, deportes y más.
The present research work consists of a proposal for an effective programming grid for RTV CLICK in Paute. This research proposes the design of a regular programming grid to improve the content of the television channel RTV CLICK of the Paute canton. The programming grid according to the interests of the audience in Paute is based on a previous reception study that allows to know the communicative needs of the viewers. The research is approached from a qualitative perspective and for its development we resorted to methods such as literature review and documents, also applied the survey, interviews and focus groups that strengthened the analysis. The data obtained allowed to identify the interests that the audience expects to find on television while strengthening the television genres and contents that strengthen the programming and are related to the problems that affect society, as well as reporting on local history, customs and traditions, culture, idiosyncrasy, music, recreation programs, technological advances, sports and more.
