Análisis del derecho al libre desarrollo de la personalidad en la construcción de los códigos de convivencia institucionales educativos en el Ecuador.

La presente investigación procura plantear un papel dinámico y activo de las Juntas Cantonales de Protección de Derechos de los Gads Municipales en el país, con el fin que revestidos de veedores en la construcción y posterior socialización de los Códigos de Convivencia de las instituciones educativas, logren positivizar normas en pro de los derechos humanos y de la dignidad de los niños, niñas y adolescentes a través de un enfoque cualitativo. Por ello, se desprende la necesidad de un estudio profundo sobre el Libre Desarrollo de la Personalidad con la ayuda de un enfoque analítico de conceptos y causas sobre la autodeterminación como medio y fin para lograr el proyecto de vida de los educandos. De igual manera, por medio del método inductivo-deductivo se indago a un grupo en específico como son los estudiantes gracias a casos reales suscitados en diferentes partes del país, como la distinción de códigos de diferentes instituciones de la ciudad de Santa Ana de los Ríos de Cuenca, para llegar a la conclusión que se coacciona el acceso a la educación por no ir acorde a conservadores prejuicios sobre lo que significa la identidad. Se concluye sugiriendo que por intermedio del método sintético se tienda a deconstruir conceptos sobre lo que se debe entender por Libertad Estética para adoptar a las nuevas corrientes estudiantiles por medio de una verdadera educación plurinacional e intercultural.
The research aims to propose a dynamic and active role of the Cantonal Councils for the Protection of Rights of the Municipal Councils in the country so that, as overseers in the construction and subsequent socialization of the Coexistence Codes in educational institutions, they can positivize norms in favor of human rights and the dignity of children and adolescents through a qualitative approach. Therefore, there is a need for an in-depth study of the Free Development of the Personality with the aid of an analytical approach to the concepts and causes of self-determination as a means to achieve the life project of the learners. Similarly, employing the inductive-deductive method, a specific group of students was investigated through real cases in different parts of the country, such as the distinction of codes of various institutions in the city of Santa Ana de Los Rios de Cuenca. It was concluded that access to education is coerced by not adhering to conservative preconceptions about identity. Finally, it is suggested that by using the synthetical method, people should tend to deconstruct concepts about what should be understood as Aesthetic Freedom to adopt the new student tendencies utilizing a proper plurinational and intercultural education.
