Título del proyecto: Análisis situacional de salud y prevalencia de maltrato infantil en niños de la comunidad Shuar - La Asunción – Sucúa – Ecuador - 2014 Objetivo: Realizar un análisis situacional de salud y la prevalencia del maltrato infantil en niños de tercero a séptimo de básica en la Escuela Pio XII de la comunidad de la Asunción, en el período de Junio a Noviembre del 2014. Metodología: estudio cuantitativo tipo\ndescriptivo y de corte trasversal, el universo incluye los estudiantes de tercero a séptimo de básica de la Escuela Pio XII de la comunidad Shuar La Asunción. La muestra es de 31 participantes cuyos padres firmaron un consentimiento informado (ver anexo 3). Se aplicó una encuesta que fue previamente validada, la\ninformación fue analizada en el programa SPSS 15.00 versión evaluación. Resultados: del total de la muestra (31 niños/as) 51,6 % son hombres y 48,4% son mujeres. El 61,3% de los participantes son víctimas de maltrato físico y el 64,5% de los participantes son víctimas de maltrato psicológico. Existe un nivel de parasitismo de 80,6%. Hay un nivel de 58,1% de alteraciones en el índice de masa corporal.\nConclusión: de los estudiantes de la Escuela Fiscal Pio XII existe mayor porcentaje de maltrato psicológico (amenazas, insultos, humillación), que maltrato físico (golpes, quemaduras, abofeteadas), existe mayor maltrato en niños, asociado al representante legal según su, ocupación, multiparidad e instrucción educativa. El parasitismo se relaciona a la falta de higiene, condiciones de hacinamiento, nivel de pobreza, agua no potable. La mala alimentación que tiene la comunidad nos da una alteración de la relación del peso y talla de los participantes, dándonos un índice de masa corporal alterado, que se puede asociar al maltrato Infantil.
Project’s title: Healthy situational of analysis and prevalence of the child abuse, on the Shuar-Asuncion-Sucua-Ecuador community -2014. Object: make a situational test and prevalence of the child abuse, on Pio XII’ School on the 3rd to 7th basic grade, on the Asuncion’s community, belonging at Sucua Canton, of the Morona\nSantiago province, on the period of June at November of 2014. Methodology: these is a quantitative, descriptive type and transversal section of research, the universo are the students of Pio XII’ school, since third of seventh grade, on Shuar of Asuncion’s community, on period of June at November 2014. The sample is of 31 participants, that these parents singed an informative consent (annex 3). In these research, we applied a validated previously test; the information was examined on the SPSS 2.0 version program. Results: On the sample of 31 children, as 51.6% are a men and a 48.4% are a women. The psychological abuse is of 64.5% in the participants; and the 61.3% are victims of physical abuse. There are to 80.6% of parasitism’s navel, which the 64% has 10 between 13 old. In addition there are 58.1% whit BMI alterations. In conclusion: on the students at Pio XII’ School, there are a most important percent of psychological abuse (threats, denigration, insult); that physical abuse (burns, slapping, knocking); There are more abuse on boys, for your\nlegal representative and it depends of occupation, multiparous and instruction navel. The parasitism is relevant with a low hygiene, the overcrowding, poor, non-potable water. The bad nutrition is the first cause for the variation on the weight and height on the participants because the results are altered on BIM.
