El presente proyecto surge de llevar a la práctica nuestros conocimientos obtenidos en el arte de la decoración, incursionando específicamente en la elaboración de velas aromáticas y artículos decorativos en base a la materia prima denominada parafina. Después de haber adquirido los conocimientos académicos necesarios, mediante esta propuesta consolidaremos lo aprendido, para lo cual en un primer tema investigaremos mediante ayuda de libros ,revistas, internet, artesanos que trabajen en esta rama , etc., con toda la fundamentación teórica y conceptual indispensable , en el siguiente capítulo investigaremos y diagnosticaremos el entorno del mercado en que se pretende que se desenvuelva nuestro negocio, posteriormente en otro capítulo presentaremos nuestra propuesta metodológica con las respectivas estrategias de introducción y posicionamiento de la microempresa, sustentada con el análisis financiero que determinará la viabilidad del proyecto. El objetivo principal es presentar a la sociedad cuencana, otra alternativa de decoración y bienestar ambiental, y mediante la misma contribuir a la creación de fuentes de trabajo, así como el desarrollo del emprendimiento en el país.
The project has the aim to bring to practice our knowledge in the art of decoration, specifically focusing on making scented candles and other decorative items from the material known as paraffin. After acquiring the academic knowledge required, by this proposal we will consolidate what has been learned, for which at first topic we will explore with the help of books, magazines, internet, artisans working in this field, etc., with all the necessary theoretical and conceptual foundation, in the next chapter we shall investigate and diagnose the market environment in which our business is intended to unfold. In the subsequent chapter we shall present our methodological proposal and the respective introductory and positional strategies of the microenterprise, supported by the financial analysis which will determine the viability of the project. The main objective is to present to the society Cuenca, alternative of decoration and environmental welfare, and by doing so also to contribute to employment and to the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
