El proyecto surge para solventar una necesidad de control de faltas, asistencia, atrasos y generación de reportes dentro de la Unidad Educativa JULIO MATOVELLE, esta necesidad se la pretende solventar mediante la automatización de los diferentes procesos a través del desarrollo e implementación de un sistema orientado a la web utilizando herramientas libres para su creación, análisis de requerimientos, diseño e implementación. Este tipo de herramientas facilitan la obtención de los requerimientos e implantación dentro del aplicativo, estos requerimientos fueron analizados en base a necesidades generadas por los usuarios quienes van a utilizar el sistema, el mismo que fue implementado en la institución educativa comprobando su eficacia y eficiencia en la solución de las necesidades que existen.
The project is to solve a need to control failures, assistance and reporting delays in the educational institute “JULIO MATOVELLE”, this need is intended to solve by automating the various processes through the development and implementation of a system oriented to the web using free tools for creating, requirements analysis, design and implementation. Such tools gave us obtaining the requirements and implement them within the application, these requirements were analyzed on the basis of needs generated by users who will use the system, the same that was implemented in the school verifying their efficiency and effectiveness in addressing the needs that exist.
