Este estudio sistemático se basa en una exhaustiva búsqueda que se relaciona con los conocimientos que tienen los adolescentes sobre el tabaco y sus enfermedades asociadas, es decir cuánto y que conocen los adolescentes sobre los efectos nocivos que conlleva el consumo de esta sustancia química en cualquiera de sus presentaciones como el cigarrillo, la pipa, y los tabacos electrónicos; por lo cual este trabajo tiene como objetivos específicos, describir los conocimientos que tienen los adolescentes acerca del tabaco y caracterizar las enfermedades que se asocian al consumo del mismo, mediante una metodología técnica no experimental sistemática de revisión bibliográfica actualizada, oportuna y científica, que permita correlacionar los hallazgos científicos de las diferentes fuentes bibliográficas y generar una discusión del tema investigado contribuyendo de esta manera al conocimiento de esta problemática actual y que pueda servir posteriormente como base de futuros estudios y a su vez genere una solución ante esta adicción.
This systematic study is based on an exhaustive search related to the knowledge that adolescents have about tobacco and its associated diseases, ie. how much and what adolescents know about the harmful effects of the consumption of this chemical substance in any of its presentations such as cigarettes, pipes and electronic tobacco. Therefore, the specific aims of this study are to describe the knowledge that adolescents have about tobacco and to characterize the discases associated with its consumption, by means of a systematic non-experimental technical methodology of an updateff, timely and scientific literature review, which allows correlating the scientific findings of the different bibliographic sources and generating a discussion of the rescarched topic, thus contributing to the knowledge of this current problem and which may later serve as a basis for future studies and in turn generate a solution to this addiction.
