El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en la creación de una APLICACIÓN INFORMÁTICA PARA LA GESTIÓN DE AGUA POTABLE EN LA COMUNIDAD DE BELLA UNIÓN: MÓDULO DE FACTURACIÓN. \nEsta aplicación garantizara la automatización de los procesos al momento de realizar la facturación, también brindara el acceso seguro al sistema por medio de un nombre de usuario y una contraseña a los diferentes tipos de usuarios que existen para la aplicación para así tener un acceso seguro a la aplicación.\nEl sistema fue diseñado utilizando la metodología RUP ya que es un proceso de desarrollo de software que trabajo junto con el Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado UML y constituye la metodología estándar más utilizada para el análisis, implementación y documentación de sistemas orientados a objetos. La aplicación informática utiliza un motor de base de datos SQL Server de Microsoft, el lenguaje de programación utilizado fue c#, el entorno de desarrollo integrado (IDI) que fue utilizado es Microsoft Visual Studio.\nCabe mencionar que la comunidad de Bella Unión al tener un sistema que ayude en la automatización de la facturación del servicio de agua potable, mejorara los procesos que en el pasado lo realizaban manualmente sin tener un control de toda la información generada en los procesos mencionados anteriormente.
This research work involves the creation of a COMPUTER APPLICATION FOR WATER MANAGEMENT IN THE COMMUNITY OF BELLA UNION : BILLING MODULE .\nThis application ensure the automation of processes at the time of billing, also would provide safe access to the system through a user name and password for different types of users that exist for the application in order to have safe access to application .\nThe system was designed using the RUP methodology as it is a software development process to work with the Unified Modeling Language UML and is the most commonly used standard methodology for analysis, implementation and documentation of object-oriented systems . Aplication computer uses a database engine to Microsoft SQL Server database, the programming language used was C # , the integrated development environment (IDI ) that was used is Microsoft Visual Studio.\nIt should be mentioned that the community of Bella Union to have a system that helps in the automation of billing of drinking water, improve the processes performed in the past it without manually control all the information generated in the above processes.
