Uno de los problemas sociales que afectan el bienestar de las personas es la mala distribución de la renta debido a que incrementa las brechas sociales en la población. El reporte de pobreza por ingresos presentado trimestralmente por el INEC (Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos, reveló que la pobreza a nivel nacional en septiembre del 2015 se ubicó en\n22.35 %, por consiguiente la línea política del actual Gobierno incluye la redistribución de la renta y la lucha contra la pobreza, entre las principales líneas de acción para la consecución de tales fines se encuentran: la carga de impuestos en función de los ingresos, igualdad de oportunidades y que los mercados estén gobernados hacia objetivos sociales en los que el ser humano está sobre el capital; en tal virtud la presente investigación plantea que el emprendimiento de negocios es una buena alternativa para desconcentrar el capital, generar fuentes de empleo y aportar en al crecimiento económico del cantón Cuenca y la provincia del Azuay. El objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo es analizar la incidencia del emprendimiento en la creación de fuentes de empleo durante los años\n2012 y 2013, en el cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay; se encuentra estructurado en tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo se presenta una revisión bibliográfica de los aspectos y temas básicos que tienen relación con el emprendimiento de negocios. En el segundo se analiza el estado del emprendimiento en el cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay; y, en el tercero se presenta la tabulación de encuestas aplicadas a una muestra de 376 personas, análisis de gráficos, conclusiones y recomendaciones.
One of the social problems that affect the welfare of the people is the bad distribution of income because it increases social gaps in the population. The reporting of income poverty presented quarterly by the INEC (National Institute of Statistics and Census, it revealed that poverty nationally in September 2015 stood at 22.35%, therefore the political line of the current government includes income redistribution and the fight against poverty, the main lines of action to achieve these objectives include the tax burden based on income, equal opportunities and markets are governed to social objectives that human beings are on capital, in which under the present research it suggests that the business endeavor is a good alternative to decentralize capital, generate jobs and contribute to economic growth in the canton of Cuenca and the province of Azuay. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship in the creation of jobs during the years 2012 and 2013, in the canton Cuenca, Azuay Province; It is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter a literature review of the issues and basic themes that relate to the business endeavor is presented. In the second the state of entrepreneurship is analyzed in the canton Cuenca, Azuay Province; and in the third tabulating surveys of a sample of 376 people, chart analysis, conclusions and recommendations is presented.
