Este trabajo sobre “Recuperación de las márgenes del río Sinincay del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Sinincay e implementación de un parque lineal con características de conservación”; busca aprovechar las características naturales del sector como vegetación, clima, topografía y sobre todo las potencialidades urbano paisajísticas que posee las márgenes del río. Se desarrolla en capítulos con sus respectivas ilustraciones gráficas y fotográficas para su mayor entendimiento, en base a la información recopilada a través de investigación bibliográfica y de campo. Este estudio busca proveer a la localidad de áreas verdes para actividades de esparcimiento, promoviendo un estilo de vida saludable y la convivencia pacífica de los habitantes. La implementación del parque lineal ayudará a incrementar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de la parroquia Sinincay. Será un lugar de recreación y descanso que armonizara la coexistencia entre la naturaleza y sus habitantes. Con la construcción de este equipamiento recreacional, se contrarrestara el déficit de áreas verdes que tiene la ciudad de Cuenca y por ende la Parroquia de Sinincay. La propuesta del parque lineal fue diseñada con características de conservación en base a las necesidades de los habitantes, para que puedan disfrutar de un espacio natural agradable donde realicen diversas actividades de recreación, descanso, ejercicio, etc. Dando como resultado un espacio armónico entre el ser humano y la naturaleza, a la vez que potencializará a la parroquia turísticamente.
This research on “Recovery of the banks of the river Sinincay of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of Sinincay and the implementation of a linear park with conservation characteristics”; seeks to exploit the natural characteristics of the area as vegetation, climate, topography and especially the potential of the urban landscape that the riverbanks has. It is developed in chapters with their graphic and photographic illustrations for a better understanding, based on information collected through library research and field. This research seeks to supply the location of green areas for recreational activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle and peaceful coexistence among inhabitants. Implementing a linear park will help increase the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Sinincay parish. It will be a place for recreation and relaxation that harmonizes the coexistence between nature and its inhabitants. With the construction of this recreational facility, counteracting the lack of green areas that the city of Cuenca and thus the Sinincay parish. The proposed linear park was designed conserving features based on the needs of the inhabitants, so they can enjoy a pleasant natural space for various recreational activities, rest, exercise, etc. can be performed. Resulting in a harmonious space between human beings and nature, while potentiating the parish for tourism.
