El objetivo de este trabajo de titulación radica en realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una cooperativa de transporte mixto, en el cantón Biblián de la provincia del Cañar. Esta investigación se desarrolló con la información proporcionada por los usuarios a través de encuestas y entrevistas, para lo cual se ha considerado la “METODOLOGÍA PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DE ESTUDIOS DE LA NECESIDAD DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE COMERCIAL MIXTO”, publicada por la Agencia Nacional Tránsito 012-DE-ANT-2021. Este estudio se basa en un anteproyecto técnico-económico del servicio propuesto, levantamiento de información en campo, uso de encuestas caracterizando la demanda del servicio y la relación de oferta-demanda existente. Con los resultados obtenidos se evalúa el número de unidades para satisfacer el requerimiento de transporte existente en la zona de estudio. Como resultado tenemos un análisis objetivo del estado actual del sistema de transporte mixto en la parroquia Sageo, además de una propuesta alternativa para satisfacer a un nuevo sector del cantón.
This degree work aims to conduct a feasibility study for creating a mixed transport cooperative in the Biblián canton in Cañar province. This research was developed with the information provided by users through surveys and interviews, for which the "METHODOLOGY FOR THE ELABORATION OF STUDIES OF THE NEED FOR COMMERCIAL MIXED TRANSPORTATION SERVICE NEEDS” published by the National Transit Agency 012-DE-ANT-2021, has been considered. This study is based on a technical-economic preliminary draft of the proposed service, field data collection, and use of surveys characterizing the demand for the service and the existing supply-demand relationship. The results evaluate the number of units needed to satisfy the existing transportation requirements in the study area. As a result, we have an objective analysis of the current state of the hybrid transport system in the parish of Sageo, as well as an alternative proposal to satisfy a new sector of the canton.
