Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa de turismo enfocada a promocionar lugares naturales y culturales del cantón Zapotillo provincia de Loja.

Description: El presente trabajo detalla sus atractivos turísticos principales, luego desarrolla un estudio de mercado, encuestas, realiza análisis de la oferta y la demanda, posteriormente efectúa el estudio técnico que abarca lo referente al tamaño y la localización de la microempresa. Se analiza después el diseño de los paquetes turísticos, los precios de cada paquete turístico, posteriormente se determina la proyección de ingresos, de costos y gastos en los que incurrirá la microempresa para la evaluación financiera de la misma, obteniendo de estos resultados las conclusiones y recomendaciones para la aplicación práctica de este proyecto turístico.
This investigation creates a listing of the main tourist attractions, later doing a market study, polls, an analysis of the offer and demand and finally creates a technical study that covers the size and location of the micro company. The next step is the analysis of the tourist packages, the price of each tour, after it, was determined the projection of the income, cost and the expenses the micro company will incur and a financial evaluation of its performance. From these results, conclusions and recommendations will be obtained for the practical application of this tourist project.
