El propósito fundamental de este trabajo es el Diseño de un Sistema Administrativo y Contable para una microempresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de material didáctico, en el cuál se describen procesos, normas y otros puntos para mejorar la situación actual de la empresa. Por este motivo, el primer capítulo habla sobre la clasificación de la empresa como su definición, objetivos, clasificación, la empresa de trabajo y las PYMES. El segundo capítulo contiene los antecedentes de la empresa, su evolución, base legal considerando todas las normatividad vigente y relacionada con el sector de la producción de material didáctico, además se describe la misión, visión, objetivos generales y específicos, sus organigramas, el desarrollo de una matriz F.O.D.A. de la empresa, su constitución, accionistas y el capital. En el tercer capítulo se expresa acerca del tema contable y administrativo de la empresa y sus procedimientos. El cuarto capítulo se desarrolla un ejemplo práctico sobre el tema propuesto, en el cual se consideran todos los procesos productivos para la fabricación y comercialización de Material Didáctico y, finalmente en el quinto capítulo se presenta el resultado de la investigación mediante las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
The main purpose of this work is the design of an administrative and accounting system, for a small business dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of didactic material, in which processes, standards and other features are described to improve the current situation of the company. Therefore, the first chapter discusses the status of the company as its definition, objectives, classification, the company's work and SMEs. The second chapter contains the history of the company, its development, legal basis considering all current regulations related to the sector and the production of teaching material, and the mission, vision, aims and objectives, organizational charts, development described of a matrix SWOT of the company, its constitution, shareholders and the capital. The third is expressed about the accounting;-aod administrative: subject of the company and its procedures. The fourth; chapter develops a practical example on the proposed topic in which: are considered all: production processes for the manufacture and sale of teaching and finally in the fifth chapter of the research results are through the conclusions and recommendations.
