Recalfreno Importadora de Repuestos Automotrices se constituye hace 23 años como una empresa familiar que se dedica a la importación de partes y piezas de vehículos automotores, su larga permanencia en el mercado ha permitido que la empresa crezca en experiencia y cubra con el servicio que presta a casi todo el Ecuador. Recalfreno al ser una empresa familiar, carece de una gestión administrativa formal lo que ha generado inconvenientes en el desarrollo de las actividades y tareas que se realizan en ella, el siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad determinar las limitaciones que merman las capacidades de la empresa y además buscar mejoras a través de la Planificación Estratégica para direccionar a la empresa hacia el desarrollo y fortalecimiento. La Planificación Estratégica es una herramienta administrativa que servirá de guía para Recalfreno en la consecución de los objetivos planteados, estableciendo directrices que permitan la optimización de los recursos disponibles.
Importer of Automotive Parts Recalfreno is established 23 years ago as a family company dedicated to the import of parts of motor vehicles, their long stay in the market has allowed the company to grow in experience and top with the service provided to almost all the Ecuador. Recalfreno, being a family business, it lacks a formal administrative management which has caused problems in the development of activities and tasks performed in it the following research aims to determine the constraints that undermine the capabilities of the company and also seek improvements through strategic planning to address the company towards the development and strengthening. Strategic planning is a management tool that will guide Recalfreno in achieving the objectives by establishing guidelines that allow the optimization of available resources.
