Los cambios constantes en los negocios, tanto internos como externos han obligado a todas las organizaciones a buscar medios para solucionar los problemas que se vayan presentando, razón por la cual se necesita mecanismos que ayuden a tomar decisiones bajo planificación previa. Una de las herramientas administrativas es el sistema de control interno, este ayuda a afrontar los problemas de manera ordenada y sistemática sin desviarse de los objetivos de la empresa. El objetivo del presente estudio es la empresa Hostería La Ciénega Cía. Ltda. Cuya actividad principal es la prestación de servicios Hoteleros. Hostería La Ciénega se ha propuesto brindar sus servicios a personas de todas las edades; que estén en busca de una experiencia que supere sus expectativas. Al presentar la Tesis de Control Interno nos orientamos a: Revisar los procedimientos administrativos de la empresa, determinando niveles de riesgo y confianza.
The constant changes in business, both internally and externally have forced all organizations to seek ways to solve problems as they arise, this is why mechanisms to help making decisions under preplanning is needed. One of the administrative tools is the internal control system, this helps to address problems in an orderly and systematic way without deviating from the goals of the company. The aim of this study is the company Hosteria La Cienega Cia. Ltda. Whose main business is the provision of hotel services. Hostería La Cienega purpose is to provide services to people of all ages; who are looking for an experience that exceeds their expectations. Presenting the thesis we focused on Internal Control: Reviewing the administrative procedures of the company, determining risk levels and confidence.
