Farma Ahorro N32 no cuenta con la información real de las existencias de productos, lo que ocasiona que el inventario físico no coincida con los registros contables. Para dar solución a la presente investigación se realizará un sistema de inventario con el fin de controlar, registrar y mantener en orden los productos de la farmacia Farma Ahorro N32, a través de procedimientos y políticas. Los procedimientos y políticas propuestas estarán basados en el sistema de control interno COSO II y la normativa NIIF para PYMES, los mismos que ayudarán a obtener mayor eficacia y eficiencia en cuanto al cumplimiento de las distintas actividades dentro de la empresa y así obtener resultados para la toma de decisiones. Permitirá identificar fortalezas y debilidades que tiene la empresa, las cuales podrán ser evaluadas y tratadas con el fin de encontrar respuestas y soluciones, dando cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales de manera correcta.
Farma Ahorro N32 does not have the actual information of the stock of products, which causes that the physical inventory does not match the accounting records. In order to solve this research, an inventory system will be carried out in order to control, register and maintain the products of the pharmacy Farma Ahorro N32, through procedures and policies. The proposed procedures and policies will be based on the COSO II internal control system and the IFRS for SMEs, which will help to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency in the fulfillment of the different activities within the company and thus obtain results for the decision making. It will identify strengths and weaknesses that the company has, which can be evaluated and treated in order to find answers and solutions, fulfilling the organizational objectives in a correct way
