La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "San Francisco de Asís", brinda servicios financieros eficientes y oportunos, captando los ahorros de sus socios y con estos mismos recursos económicos otorga créditos a los socios que lo requieran, con la finalidad de impulsar su progreso económico. La cooperativa en la actualidad no cuenta con lineamientos claros para el control de los activos fijos, haciendo que ésta sea propensa a tener riesgos corporativos que afecten tanto a las actividades que realiza, como al cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Es por eso que se propone el mejoramiento para el control de activos fijos, mediante el establecimiento de políticas, responsables y procedimientos de control mismos que ayudarán al personal de la cooperativa a realizar sus actividades de manera eficiente, optimizando tiempo, recursos y logrando así minimizar riesgos.
The Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "San Francisco de Asís", provides in time efficient financial services, using the savings of its members and with those resources give loans to those need it, with the objective of creating economic progress. At the moment the cooperative doesn´t have clear guidelines for the control of the fixed assets. Creating the tendency of taking unneeded corporate risks the affect the transactions performed and the achievement of their objectives. This is the reason for the proposal to improve the control of the fixed assets, creating of responsible policies and control procedures that will help the cooperative personnel to execute their activities in an efficient manner, optimizing the time, resources and minimizing risks.
