Este trabajo de investigación se desarrolla en la empresa “MARSELLA”, la cual se dedica a la confección de ropa de trabajo y lo que es lencería hospitalaria, los cuales son fabricados con productos de calidad y a bajo costo. La finalidad de este trabajo es poder regularizar el sistema de control de los inventarios en el ámbito administrativo de las bodegas, dado que su principal problema se basa en el mal control del ingreso, salidas de materiales y productos terminados de la bodega. Es por eso que se presenta la propuesta de este trabajo donde se estructuran los nuevos procesos y sobre todo se establece responsabilidades y funciones a las personas a cargo de las bodegas tanto de los materiales como del producto terminado. Así evitando perdidas de productos como también de materiales, pero sobre tener al día el control de las bodegas con datos precisos y saber que falta con tiempo. Con una buena administración en la bodega, se logra la satisfacción del cliente y cuidar la imagen empresarial en el mercado.
This research work was developed in the company “Marsella”, which is dedicated to the elaboration of clothing for work and hospital linen. These are made with high quality product and low cost. The purpose of this work is to be able to regularize the inventory control system in the administrative area of the warehouses because its main problem is the inputs and outputs of the materials and finished products from the warehouse. Therefore, this proposal shows a structure for new processes, and an overall establishment of responsibilities and functions to the people in charge of the warehouse, might these work with the materials or the finished products. This avoid losses of products and materials, but on the other hand there is a bigger advantage, and it is to have up to date control of the warehouses with precise data and have in advance the materials that are running out. With a proper management of the warehouse, the company will achieve the satisfaction of the customer and the protection of the company image in the market
