El Club Castillo de Amaguaña tiene 50 años como Club Privado y en el transcurso del tiempo ha ido evolucionando en el aspecto administrativo como en su infraestructura, por lo que en la actualidad tiene la necesidad de establecer nuevos procedimientos que ayuden al Club a desenvolverse de mejor manera. El presente trabajo de investigación propone elaborar un sistema administrativo, contable y financiero el cual beneficiará al Club en la parte institucional como en sus áreas y departamentos estratégicos que posee. Finalmente, el objetivo general es establecer este sistema, para que el Club brinde una imagen de confianza a la colectividad por los cambios que se reflejarán en el personal operativo y administrativo al realizar su trabajo con eficacia, eficiencia y efectividad.
The Amaguaña Castle Club is fifty years old as a Private Club and over the course of time has been evolving in the administrative aspect as well as the infrastructure, since actually it has the need to establish new procedures which help the club to manage in a better way. The present research work proposes the implementation of administrative, accounting and financial system, which will benefit to the Club in the institutional part as well as in their strategic areas and departments that possess. Finally, the general objective is that this system is introduced, for the Club provides an image of trust to the collectivity by the changes which will be reflected in the operational and administrative staff to perform their work effectively, efficiently and effectiveness.
