En el DESARROLLO de un SISTEMA ADMINISTRATIVO y FINANCIERO para La France Servicio Técnico Automotriz, el objetivo central es presentar información relevante y de carácter PRÁCTICO del funcionamiento de la organización en las áreas administrativa y financiera. Se pretende orientar las decisiones que la gerencia debe tomar en lo que respecta al manejo propio de la empresa así como también en la prestación de servicios mecánicos – automotrices, con el único fin de guiar a los dueños en este proceso de transformación y ampliación del negocio y el posterior análisis de los resultados económicos que arroje la operación. La tesis consta de cinco capítulos en los que se exponen distintos tópicos según la importancia y el orden del desarrollo coherente del proceso de definición e implementación de la empresa como tal y su funcionamiento, los cuales estuvieron basados en información histórica, real, conceptual y práctica a fin de que se evidencie la realidad operativa del negocio antes y después de la implementación de los sistemas expuestos.
In the development of an administrative and financial system for the company “La France Servicio Tecnico Automotriz” the main objective is to present practical and relevant information about the organization’s financial and administrative operation. This research intents to guide the management decisions about the company’s self-management, as well as in the offering of mechanical services, with the sole purpose of guiding the owners in this transformational process of growth and the future analysis of economical results that the operation will provide. The thesis is composed by five chapters, in which different topics are presented according to importance and order of the coherent development of the process of definition and implementation of the company and its operation, which were based on real historical, conceptual and practical information, before and after the implementation of the exposed systems.
