Description: Se plantea que en la investigación de la presente tesis se realizará un sistema administrativo y financiero, a fin de mejorar la rentabilidad en la empresa HELADOS MULTISABOR, el impacto administrativo y financiero, permitirá establecer medidas, y procedimientos adecuados para su futuro funcionamiento, procurando evitar interrupción en las actividades, mejorando la situación dentro y fuera de la organización, al incorporar el sistema administrativo y financiero se podrá tomar las mejores decisiones que busquen resultados positivos para la organización.
It is proposed that in the investigation of this thesis an administrative and financial system will be carried out, in order to improve the profitability in the company HELADOS MULTISABOR, the administrative and financial impact, will allow to establish measures, and adequate procedures for its future operation, trying to avoid interruption in the activities, improving the situation inside and outside the organization, by incorporating the administrative and financial system can make the best decisions that seek positive results for the organization.
