La presente investigación fue realizada con la finalidad de evaluar el plan de organización administrativo financiero de la empresa de transporte especial Aeroservicios del Ecuador MB&F S.A. La metodología utilizada correspondió al proceso de investigación científica con el objetivo de conocer las debilidades y realizar las propuestas técnicas administrativas que le permitan a esta empresa aplicarlas para conseguir una buena organización, planificación, y generación de controles en los procesos que se realizan. El proceso de investigación así como la metodología utilizada, se encuentran en el tercer capítulo, se aplicaron entrevistas y cuestionarios al Gerente General y Contador, los resultados se están analizados y constan en los anexos. Las hipótesis fueron probadas, y en el capítulo cuarto se proponen soluciones a los problemas encontrados a través de la investigación realizada siendo esta objetiva, coherente, útil y oportuna.
The following research was created with ideal to evalúate the financial organizational plan of the transportation company Aerasen/icios del Ecuador MB&F S.A. the used methodology corresponded to the process of scientific research in order to know the weaknesses and to develop the technical proposals that will allow this company to apply them for achieving a better organization, planning and generation of controlling processes. The research process, as well as the methodology used, are detailed in the third chapter; questionnaires and interviews were applied to the General Manager and accountant, the results are being analyzed and are detailed in annexes. The hypothesis were proven, and, in the fourth chapter, solutions to the problems found in the research are proposed; making this research objective, coherent, useful an in perfect timing.
