La Distribuidora de Materiales Eléctricos y de Ferretería “DISMEYFER” es una empresa constituida legalmente que tiene como objetivo distribuir y comercializar productos de electricidad y ferretería a negocios más pequeños dedicados a la venta de los mismos. La empresa se encuentra en el mercado cuatro años, en los cuáles ha desarrollado problemas en el ámbito administrativo y contable debido al desconocimiento de procedimientos administrativos y contables al momento de ejecutar su actividad, de igual forma por la informalidad de aplicación de políticas y designación de responsabilidades, existen confusión en el manejo de las cuentas contables, perdida de información, por ende la mala toma de decisiones, lo cual se evidencia en el análisis del diagnóstico situacional realizado. La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de encontrar todas las deficiencias y errores que se estén efectuando en las actividades que realizan los empleados, y así poder aplicar correctivos en el tiempo oportuno; y por consiguiente lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales.
"DISMEYFER", a distributor of electrical materials and hardware, is a legally constituted company that aims to distribute and market electrical and hardware products to small companies that sell the same goods. The company is on for around three years. During this time, some accounting and administrative issues have produced due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of proper procedures while executing its activity. Another factor has been the informality of policy application and designation of responsibilities. There is confusion in the management of the accounts and loss of information. Therefore, this has caused bad decision-making, which was evident in the analysis of the situational diagnosis. The aim of this investigation was to identify all the weaknesses and errors made by the employees during the development of their duties, and apply strategies to make corrections on time in order to achieve the institutional goals.
