La empresa DISTRIBUIDORA INDUSTRIAL DE ALUMINIO S.A. negocio familiar con 37 años en el mercado, dedicados al procesamiento de vidrios y espejos, forma parte del gran mercado industrial en la ciudad de Quito. El presente desarrollo de la Propuesta para el mejoramiento del sistema administrativo, aplicado a la empresa, busca optimizar los recursos humanos, financieros, materiales y tecnológicos, además evaluar el grado de eficiencia y eficacia en el logro de los objetivos para el cumplimiento de las metas planteadas. Por medio del análisis FODA se ha podido identificar las fortalezas de la empresa aprovechar las oportunidades que brinda el mercado, de igual forma se ha definido cuales son las debilidades que constituyen un problema al momento de combatir las amenazas.
The company DISTRIBUIDORA INDUSTRIAL DE ALUMINIO S.A., a family business with 37 years old in the market, dedicated to the processing of glass and mirrors, it is part of the grand industrial market of Quito. The following development of the proposal for the developing of the management applied to the company seeks to better the human, financial and technological resources, as well as the materials: it seeks also to evaluate the levels of efficiency in the accomplishment of the objectives for the achievement of the traced goals. Using the SWOT analysis, the strengths of the company have been spotted in order to take the chances that the market offers: also, weaknesses have been defined to avoid the problems that appear when facing the threats.
