La empresa Jeans Tentación bajo calificación artesanal se dedica a la producción y venta de ropa de trabajo, esta actividad tiene gran incidencia en el sector manufacturero del Ecuador y por ende genera oportunidades además de una gran competencia. Jeans Tentación se ha visto afectada en cuanto a su progreso debido a la aplicación de conocimientos empíricos y las limitaciones que la misma empresa se ha planteado. El trabajo de investigación “DISEÑO DE UN MODELO ADMINISTRATIVO, CONTABLE Y DE COSTOS APLICADO A LA EMPRESA ARTESANAL “JEANS TENTACIÓN” UBICADA AL SUR DEL DISTRITO METROPOLITANO DE QUITO” plasma el objetivo de generar crecimiento y desarrollo a partir de bases contables, administrativas y de costos, creando un modelo acorde a la funcionalidad y necesidad de la empresa. La propuesta planteada se llega a determinar en base a tres capítulos, el primer capítulo se relaciona a la fundamentación teórico – metodológico; el segundo capítulo tiene que ver con aspectos generales y el diagnóstico en relación a la situación actual de la empresa; y el ultimo y tercer capítulo se relaciona con la propuesta del modelo administrativo, contable y de costos; a más de determinar conclusiones y recomendaciones.
The company Jeans Tentación, under artisan qualification, is dedicated to the production and sale of workwear, this activity has a great incidence in the manufacturing sector of Ecuador and thus it generates opportunities besides a great competition. Jeans Tentación has been affected in its progress due to the application of empirical knowledge and the limitation that the same company has posed itself. The research work “DESIGN OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE, ACCOUNTING AND COST MODEL APPLIED TO THE ARTISAN COMPANY “JEANS TENTACIÓN” LOCATED IN THE SOUTH OF THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF QUITO” reflects the objective of generating growth and development from accounting, administrative and cost bases, creating an appropriate model for the functioning and needs of the company. The proposal is determined in the basis of three chapters, the first chapter is related to the theoretical – methodological substantiation; the second chapter has to do with all the general aspects and the diagnosis in relation to the current situation of the company; and the last and third chapter is related to the proposal of the administrative, accounting and cost model, besides determining conclusions and recommendations.
