La empresa Rene Correa Constructora ElectroconstruccionesCorrea S.A, cuya actividad es el diseño, planificación, construcción y fiscalización de proyectos eléctricos y telefónicos, presenta problemas en la administración de sus inventarios, lo cual afecta a su liquidez y solvencia financiera, por esta razón surge la necesidad de realizar el Diseño del Sistema de Control de Inventarios, con la finalidad de contar con una herramienta, que contribuya a mejorar la eficiencia y la eficacia de las operaciones en el área de inventarios. El Diseño de Sistema de Control de Inventarios consiste en: establecer procedimientos, diseñar flujogramas, formular políticas y elaborar los formularios que se emplearan en la adquisición, almacenaje, despacho, devolución y toma de inventarios físicos; de esta se contribuye a solucionar la problemática identificada y alcanzar el desarrollo económico y organizacional de la empresa.
The company Rene Correa Constructora ElectroconstruccionesCorrea S.A, whose activity is the design, planning, construction and control of electrical and telephone projects, presents problems in the management of its inventories, which affects its liquidity and financial solvency, for this reason arises the need to carry out the design of a Control System for inventories, with the purpose of having a tool that contributes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the area of inventories. The design of Inventory Control System consists of: establishing procedures, designing flowcharts, formulating policies and preparing the forms that will be used in the acquisition, storage, dispatch, return and take of physical inventories; this contributes to solve the problems identified and reach the economic and organizational development of the company.
