Las empresas buscan obtener información contable, financiero confiable y oportuna para tomar decisiones; muchas veces la falta de análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo han llevado a cerrar las operaciones de las empresas al desconocer las cuentas, ingresos, egresos, cartera de créditos, cuentas por pagar, inversiones, financiamiento, entre las principales. Los sistemas tradicionales han sido reemplazados por otros modernos que integran actividades, cuentas, registros e incluso entregan reportes y estados financieros para la gerencia general, operativa, administrativa y financiera. Al considerar estos antecedentes el objetivo del estudio es proponer un diseño de un sistema contable financiero para el Colegio Particular Mixto Madre de la Divina Gracia, ubicada en San Rafael; donde se utiliza el método inductivo y deductivo, estudio analítico, descriptivo; a la vez se utiliza entrevistas para determinar las fortalezas, debilidades. Mientras para obtener las oportunidades y amenazas se procedió a investigar documentos que tienen relación con los factores externos que pueden afectar las operaciones de la institución. Lo que se busca es plantear procesos, procedimientos y caso práctico; los mismos que fue fortalecido por la descripción de los aspectos generales, diagnóstico situacional, marco conceptual que permitieron establecer las actividades que están plasmados en ejercicio práctico. Este sistema permite a la institución educativa a saber dónde están y fijar estrategias de mejora para ser competitivos en el sector de la educación
Companies seek reliable and timely accounting, financial information to make decisions; many times the lack of quantitative and qualitative analysis have led to close the operations of companies to ignore the accounts, income, expenses, loan portfolio, accounts payable, investments, financing, among the main. Traditional systems have been replaced by modern ones that integrate activities, accounts, records and even deliver reports and financial statements for general, operational, administrative and financial management. When considering these antecedents the objective of the study is to propose a design of a financial accounting system for the Mixed Private School Madre de la Divina Gracia, located in San Rafael; where the inductive and deductive method is used, analytical, descriptive study; At the same time, interviews are used to determine strengths, weaknesses. While to obtain opportunities and threats, we proceeded to investigate documents that are related to external factors that may affect the operations of the institution. What is sought is to raise processes, procedures and practical case; the same that was strengthened by the description of the general aspects, situational diagnosis, conceptual framework that allowed to establish the activities that are embodied in practical exercise. This system allows the educational institution to know where they are and to set improvement strategies to be competitive in the education sector
