Este presente trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado en Electrodomésticos “JAZMIN”, persona natural obligada a llevar contabilidad. En el momento de realizar un diagnóstico de la organización se vio la necesidad de implementar métodos de recolección de información los mismos que fueron aplicados al dueño del negocio, empleados y clientes externos. En el análisis de la información se encontró que el problema principal de este negocio radica en: Aspecto Administrativo.- Mala distribución del personal ya que realizan funciones que no son acorde con su especialización. Aspecto Contable.- No existen registros apropiados que sustenten la veracidad de la situación financiera del negocio. Aspecto Tributario.- No existe un control permanente ya que el contador es externo y solo se basa en la información proporcionada por el dueño del negocio. El objetivo de esta tesis es la aplicación de una Propuesta de procedimientos administrativos, contables – tributarios para Electrodomésticos “JAZMIN”, que este bajo la normativa vigente en el Ecuador y ayude al crecimiento del negocio.
This research was developed in Electrodomésticos “JAZMIN”, a juridical person obliged to maintain accounting records. At the time of making a diagnose of the organization I saw the need to implement information collection mechanisms, which were applied to the owner of the business, employees, and clients. With the information analysis I detected that the main problems were the following: Administrative Field. Poor personnel distribution since the staff does not perform duties according to their specialty. Accounting Field. There are no appropriate records that support the business´s actual financial situation. Tax Field. There is no permanent control since the accountant is external and is only based on the information provided by the owner of the business. The goal of this thesis is to apply a Proposal For Administrative, Accounting, and Tax Procedures for Electrodomésticos “JAZMIN” in accordance with the current Ecuadorian legislation an; and to help the business grow.
