El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo ayudar a controlar los procesos de la empresa, un control administrativo del Departamento de Talento Humano que permita orientar las actividades de una manera eficiente. Este trabajo se origina por la situación actual que se presenta en “SEGURIDAD GRUNSEG. CÌA. LTDA”. Ya que presenta deficiencias en sus diferentes procedimientos y no presenta un control que permitan su mejor funcionamiento. Mediante procesos y flujo gramas, se aplicaran a los procedimientos y mejoramiento del departamento de talento humano por lo cual hubo un seguimiento investigativo en todo el proceso para poder establecer un sistema de control confiable, eficiente y eficaz. Esto permitirá orientar al personal y también ayudar a declarar políticas y procedimientos, y proporcionar soluciones a los malos entendimientos y mostrar cómo puede contribuir el empleado al logro de los objetivos de la empresa. Un Control de Procedimientos permite mantener un orden en las actividades que se realizan en la empresa permitiendo a cada empleado de la empresa, saber el camino que debe seguir para conseguir el resultado del procedimiento que se. Esto permitirá que el presidente, gerente, puedan trabajar de una manera más ágil y les permitirá aumentar su eficiencia y competitividad siguiendo los procedimientos ya establecidos.
This paper aims to help manage business processes, an administrative control of the Department of Human Talent to guide activities in an efficient manner. This work is caused by the current situation presented in "SEGURIDAD GRUNSEG CIA. LTDA." Since it presents deficiencies in its various procedures and had no control to enable better functioning. Through flow processes and programs, procedures and improving human talent department for which there was an investigative follow-up throughout the process to establish a reliable, efficient and effective control will be applied. This will provide guidance to staff and also help state policies and procedures, and provide solutions to misunderstandings and show how the employee can contribute to achieving the objectives of the company. Control Procedures keeps order in the activities performed in the company allowing each employee of the company, know the way forward to achieve the result of the procedure. This will allow the president and manager to work in a more agile way and allow them to increase their efficiency and competitiveness following the established procedures.
