Description: El presente trabajo contiene el diagnóstico situacional de la empresa GESTORINCSA S.A., identificando sus Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades y Amenazas, así como los conceptos básicos para la comprensión del control interno y su importancia dentro de una organización, todo esto con el objetivo de establecer un control interno que permita que los recursos humanos, financieros y materiales de la empresa se manejen con eficiencia y a su vez permita detectar oportunamente errores o desviaciones dando a conocer sus causas para de esta manera promover acciones correctivas que disminuyan parcial o totalmente los riegos para poder llegar a los objetivos propuestos por la Administración de la empresa.
The present work contains the situational diagnosis of the company GESTORINCSA SA, identifying its Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats, as well as the basic concepts for the understanding of internal control and its importance within an organization, all with the objective of establishing an Internal control that allows the human, financial and material resources of the company to be managed efficiently and at the same time allows timely detection of errors or deviations by disclosing their causes to promote corrective actions that partially or totally reduce risks in order to achieve the objectives proposed by the company's management.
