Este proyecto se desarrollará en base a la creación de un criadero de perros raza pastor alemán en la Provincia de Pichincha en el cantón Cayambe, la motivación para la realización del presente trabajo de investigación se da por una experiencia vivida de tener un criadero canino. Primer Capítulo.- En este capítulo se detallan antecedentes del proyecto, nos ayuda con una orientación específica para poder reconocer e identificar caracteres específicos de un pastor alemán dando una garantía en la venta. Segundo Capítulo.- Este capítulo tiene la segmentación del mercado, con la entrevista y encuesta, las cuales permitieron obtener resultados que se plasman en cálculos para obtener la oferta. Tercer Capítulo.- Este capítulo da a conocer la implementación técnica que requiere el proyecto, propone el área necesaria para la ejecución, los recursos necesarios y el lugar adecuado. Cuarto Capítulo.- Se detalla los aspectos de la propuesta de administración organizativa que tendrá como parte propia el criadero, se mencionara la misión, visión, valores, etc. Quinto Capítulo.- es el encargado de determinar la factibilidad financiera y demostrar la evaluación financiera, expresa distintas variables para el desarrollo en el marco económico. Sexto Capítulo.- Es el último capítulo de la tesis donde se podrá encontrar las conclusiones y recomendaciones que como autor se determinó.
This project will be developed for the creation of a farm for German shepherd dogs in the Pichincha province, in the Cayambe canton. The lived experience of having run an own dog farm has motivated the current research. First Chapter.- In this chapter the project's background is detailed and it provides us with a specific guidance in order to recognize and identify specific characteristics of a German shepherd, showing a warranty at the sale. Second Chapter.- This chapter contains the market segmentation, with the interview and the survey which obtained results that are captured in calculations to reveal the supply. Third Chapter.- This chapter shows the technical implementation that the project requires. It proposes the necessary area for its execution, the necessary resources and the appropriate location. Fourth Chapter.- The features of the organizational administrative proposal, that will have the dog farm as an own part, are detailed. The mission, vision, values, etc, are mentioned here too. Fifth Chapter.- This chapter determines the financial feasibility and shows the financial evaluation. It also contains different variables for its development within the theoretical framework. Sixth Chapter.- This is the last chapter of the study where the conclusions and recommendations, which were determined by the author, can be found.
