El proyecto se enfocó en conocer la viabilidad de la creación de una empresa de servicio automotriz siendo su actividad comercial Alineación – Balanceo y ABC del motor de los diferentes automóviles que transitan en el sector y sus aledaños, para lo cual se debe conocer si existe una demanda insatisfecha que requiera de los servicios que ofrece la empresa en creación, para posteriormente determinar la participación de mercado que son los clientes que podrá atender Tecniservice según su capacidad instalada para lo cual se determinarán recursos materiales, humanos y financieros. La inversión es la suma de los Activos Fijos y los costos de operación que van ser calculados tomando en cuenta la participación del mercado, esta se financiará a través de dos fuentes, el aporte del administrador, y un crédito con la Corporación Financiera Nacional. Una vez que se concluyó la evaluación económica se determinó el VAN positivo de $ 16.127,41, una TIR 61,93%, Costo/Beneficio de $1,08, además se calculó que la inversión va a ser recuperada en tres años dos meses y noventa y cuatro días, por lo que se concluye que el proyecto puede ser puesto en marcha.
The project focused on knowing the viability of the creation of an automotive service company being its commercial activity Alignment - Balancing and ABC of the engine of the different cars that transit in the sector and its surroundings, for which it is necessary to know if there is an unsatisfied demand that requires the services offered by the company in creation, to subsequently determine the market share that are the customers that Tecniservice can provide, according to their need the installed capacity of material, human and financial resources will be determined. The investment is the sum of Fixed Assets and the operating costs to be calculated taking into account market share, this will be financed through two sources, the administrator's contribution, and a loan with the National Finance Corporation. Once the economic evaluation was concluded, the positive NPV of $ 16,127.41, an IRR of 61.93%, Cost / Profit of $ 1.08 was determined, and the investment was calculated to be recovered in three years, two months and ninety-four days, so it is concluded that the project can be launched.
