Este proyecto de tesis se desarrolla a la Comercializadora Mena que se dedica a la venta de alimentos balanceados para animales, que durante la investigación hemos detectado que llevan un mal manejo de inventarios afectando principalmente en el almacenaje de los productos y en las salidas de la mercadería sin código de identificación, ya que se tiene como objetivo de realizar un Sistema de Control de Inventarios que ayudara administrar de una manera eficaz. El método más utilizado de inventarios para el debido manejo de los productos que se encuentra en la empresa es el UEPS (Ultimas en Entrar, Primeras en Salir) y para su contabilización el Sistema Permanente. La propuesta de un sistema de control de inventarios se basa en algunos puntos como la adecuación de bodegas, brindando un mejor almacenamiento de todos los productos, control de mercaderías mediante cantidades máximas, mínimas y críticas, utilización de diagramas de flujo, documentos a utilizarse, la toma física y baja de inventarios. De esa manera dar un mejor servicio a los clientes, que el inventario físico con él se va a manejar en los sistemas que la información sean iguales y no haya faltantes o sobrantes que puedan perjudicar a la empresa y así no tener inconvenientes con los productos que tienen fecha de caducidad o alguna novedad que pueden dañar a la microempresa
This thesis project is developed by Comercializadora Mena, which sells balanced feeding stuffs for animals. During the investigation we have detected that they have a poor inventory management affecting mainly the storage of products and the merchandise given to costumers without identification code, since it is aimed at realizing an Inventory Control System that will help to manage in an effective way. The most used method of inventories for the proper handling of the products that is in the company is the LIFO (Last In, First Out) and for its accounting the Perpetual inventory system. The proposal of an inventory control system is based on some points such as the remodeling of the warehouses, providing a better storage of all products, merchandise quantity control by maximum, minimum and critical levels, use of flow diagrams, documents to be used, and the inventory physical count and inventory product discharge. That way giving a better service to customers. That the physical inventory that is managed in the systems and that the information is true and that there are no missing products or leftovers that can harm the company and thus have no drawbacks with the products that have an expiration date or that something new that can harm the microenterprise
