Mediante el siguiente trabajo se determinará si es factible la creación de una Consultora Administrativa, Contable y Tributaria ubicada en el Cantón Cayambe para lo cual se realizará una investigación de mercado a las empresas del mismo lugar y sus alrededores. En el estudio técnico se establecerá los profesionales, equipos, muebles, útiles que se requerirán para que la consultora pueda desarrollar sus actividades económicas con eficiencia. Mientras tanto en el estudio administrativo se elaboraran los organigramas estructurales, funcionales y las funciones que deberán desarrollar el personal de la consultora, además las políticas, estrategias, valores, principios con los que la empresa trabajará sin dejar de lado la misión, visión y los objetivos. Y por último en el estudio financiero se realizaran los cálculos respectivos que determinaran si la creación de la consultora en ese Cantón es factible y si cubre con la expectativa de rendimiento que los socios esperan tener por el dinero invertido en el proyecto, también el tiempo en el que se recuperará la inversión inicial de los socios.
By this task, the creation of an Administrative, Accounting and Tax Consultant will be determined located in Canton Cayambe for which a market research will be carried out to companies in the same place and its surroundings. In this technical study, the professionals, equipment, furniture, and supplies that will be required for consultants to develop their economic activities will be established with efficiency. Meanwhile, in the administrative study, structural and functional flowcharts are going to be developed and also the functions personnel should carry out in the consultancy; policies, strategies, values, and principles with which the company will work without neglecting the mission, vision and objectives will be fulfilled as well. And finally, in the financial study, the respective calculations that determine whether the creation of the consultant in the Canton is feasible or not and whether it covers the performance expectation that the partners hope to have the money invested in the Project is also stated, as well as the time when the initial investment of the partners will be recovered.
