El mercado global de productos y servicios es muy competitivo y para que una empresa pueda sobrevivir en este dinamismo, es necesario ser eficiente en cuanto a la utilización de los recursos y ser eficaz para brindar un servicio o producto sin dejar de lado la calidad. Una de las estrategias del que se pueden valer las empresas, es la optimización de costos, pues en el caso de las empresas que producen más de un bien o servicio, muchas veces subsidian el costo de un producto debido a que cargan a costos indirectos tomando un mismo criterio, sin tomar en consideración el verdadero costo de fabricar o brindar cierta línea de producto o servicio. El objetivo de esta tesis es determinar un sistema de costos del servicio que presta la empresa que permita conocer cuál es el costo real del servicio que presta al usuario. Esta tesis se enfocara en los costos de mano de obra directa e indirecta y los respectivos costos indirectos que intervienen en la prestación del servicio y que son necesarios para que el mismo sea brindado de forma eficaz. Como resultado de esta tesis se espera obtener.
The global market of products and services is very competitive and for a company to survive this pace it is necessary to be efficient using the resources with the efficacy necessary to give a service or product without decreasing its quality. One of the strategies that a company can use is the cost optimization, in the case that the company produces more than one good or service, due to fact that many times they subsidize the cost of a product, because they use the same criteria for the indirect costs, without taking in account the real cost of manufacturing or offer a certain product lineup or services. The objective of this investigation is to determine a cost system of the service that the company offers. So we can know which is the real cost of the service that the user gets. This investigation focuses in the direct and indirect labor costs and the respective indirect costs that are part of the service given, that are necessary so it is provided with efficacy. As a result of this investigation, is the cost of the service that the company offers with is actual structure.
