Iza Constructora inicia sus operaciones en el año 1997, ofreciendo productos y servicios inmobiliarios, a partir de su inicio ha venido presentando un crecimiento en el mercado en donde se desarrolla, contando con el apoyo de tecnología y primordialmente del talento humano, esto le ha permitido ser un competidor importante en cuanto a la venta, distribución y comercialización de productos y servicios del campo de la construcción. El desarrollo del presente tema de investigación está dado por el análisis y evaluación a los procedimientos que intervienen en el área de crédito, cobranzas y como este repercute al caer en un riesgo crediticio, tomando en cuenta que es un sector de vital importancia para la empresa ya que refleja la liquidez real de la organización y al mismo tiempo proponer una mejora a estos procesos que permitan agilizar las actividades, tener una buena distribución de responsabilidades y el manejo optimo del control interno en cuanto a créditos ofrecidos y al cobro de los mismos minimizando así el riesgo crediticio.
Iza Construction began operations in 1997, offering products and real estate services, from its inception has been a growth in the market in which it is developed, with the support of technology and primarily human talent, this has allowed be a major competitor in terms of sales, distribution and marketing of products and services in construction`s field. The development of this research topic is given by the analysis and evaluation procedures involved in the credit area, collections and how this affects the fall in credit risk, considering that is an area of vital importance for the company as it reflects the real liquidity of the organization and at the same time propose an improvement to these processes to streamline the activities, having a good distribution of responsibilities and optimal management of internal control in terms of loans offered and the collection of minimizing them and credit risk.
